We’re working with a well established, design led international architecture studio looking to appoint a Digital Lead at Associate level to join its London team. This is a strategic role within a highly regarded architecture group, known for delivering complex, large scale mixed-use and infrastructure projects. The position focuses on driving digital innovation across a diverse portfolio, with real influence over how technology, workflows and design intersect at both project and studio level.

This position sits at the intersection of design and technology, leading how digital tools, workflows and emerging technologies are implemented across projects and teams. Working closely with senior leadership, you will help shape and deliver the studio’s digital strategy, improving project delivery, efficiency and design outcomes through the use of advanced tools and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop digital strategy across projects and studio wide initiatives
  • Implement and optimise workflows using tools such as Revit, Grasshopper and Dynamo
  • Drive innovation in computational design, automation and data led processes
  • Support project teams in adopting new technologies and improving delivery
  • Act as a bridge between design, technology and IT infrastructure
  • Champion best practice in digital delivery across complex, large scale schemes
  • Explore and introduce emerging technologies, including AI and digital twin applications

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a digital / design technology leadership role within architecture
  • Background working on large scale mixed-use or infrastructure projects
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit, Grasshopper, Dynamo and related tools
