We’re partnering with a highly regarded luxury interior design studio to appoint an exceptional Head of Business Development to support the next phase of its growth. With over 30 years of experience, this internationally recognised studio is known for delivering refined, bespoke interiors across high-end residential, developer, and hospitality projects in the UK and globally.
This senior role is ideal for a commercially driven individual who thrives on building relationships and representing a leading design brand at the highest level.
The RoleYou will lead the business development function, shaping and executing growth strategy while strengthening relationships across the luxury property and design sectors.
Key responsibilities include:- Building and maintaining senior-level client and industry relationships
- Acting as a brand ambassador within the luxury design and property markets
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities in the UK and internationally
- Leveraging indepth knowledge of the prime and super prime property markets
- Working closely with studio leadership to drive long term commercial growth
- Proven experience in business development within luxury interiors, property, architecture, or a related sector
- Well established networks within the UK and/or international property markets
- Commercially astute with a strategic mindset
- Confident, articulate, and credible at senior stakeholder level
- Passionate about design and the luxury sector
