MADE Careers is partnering with a globally recognised architecture and design practice to appoint a Bids Manager on a fixed term maternity cover contract within its London team. This is an opportunity to join an internationally active studio with an impressive portfolio of work across architecture, workplace, mixed-use and city shaping projects. Working as part of a small and highly collaborative business development team, you will lead the preparation, coordination and delivery of high quality bid submissions, helping the practice secure new work across a diverse range of sectors and markets. This is a hands-on role combining bid management, stakeholder coordination and team leadership, suited to an experienced bids professional who enjoys working within a creative and fast faced environment. Coordinate and deliver high quality UK and international bid submissions Coordinate input from Partners, project teams and consultants Tailor CVs, case studies and bid content for individual opportunities Review submissions for quality, accuracy and compliance Maintain bid libraries, content databases and CRM systems Track bid performance and support wider business development initiatives Excellent writing, editing and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign Confident working with senior stakeholders within a creative environment Candidates must already have the right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship cannot be provided for this role Competitive salary and benefits package Private healthcare, healthcare cash plan and pension scheme This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Bids Manager to step into a visible role within a highly respected international practice.
