We’re working with a leading international architecture practice to appoint an Associate to join their London team, supporting one of the practice’s most significant and long-standing UK client relationships. This is a key hire within the industrial sector team. The successful candidate will act as a true second in command, supporting the Director while taking real ownership of major projects and leading day to day design and delivery. The majority of the project base will be UK and Europe focused and includes large scale industrial, logistics and “big box” developments for a repeat, blue chip client.

This role will suit an Associate who is confident running projects and clients, enjoys leading teams, and is looking for a senior position with clear progression, genuine responsibility and visibility.

The Role
  • Lead the delivery of major UK industrial and logistics projects
  • Act as a day to day client lead, maintaining continuity and trust on a long term account
  • Support the Director as a reliable second in command, stepping in where needed
  • Lead and coordinate project teams across design and delivery stages
  • Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, on programme and commercially sound
  • Support the continued growth and diversification of the industrial portfolio

  • Associate level architect with strong industrial / logistics experience
  • Proven project runner with confidence managing clients and consultants
  • Comfortable leading teams and taking responsibility for complex projects
  • Commercially aware, organised and dependable
