Job Description
We’re representing a design led international studio with a reputation for delivering high-end residential, hospitality, commercial and retail projects across the UK, Middle East and beyond. With a growing London presence and a strong pipeline of international work, they are now looking for a BIM Coordinator to join their team and play a key role in shaping digital delivery across projects.
What you’ll be doing
- Federating and managing multi-disciplinary models to support project coordination.
- Leading clash detection processes and producing coordination reports.
- Conducting regular model audits and ensuring compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
- Supporting design teams with model authoring, drawing production and documentation.
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of BIM standards, Revit families and content libraries.
- Collaborating with consultants and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and quality outputs.
What you’ll bring
- Degree/diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Revit for modelling, coordination and documentation.
- Experience using Navisworks (or similar) for clash detection and model coordination.
- Good understanding of BIM standards and protocols (BS 1192, ISO 19650).
- Knowledge of architectural CAD standards and drawing workflows.
- Detail oriented, organised, and confident communicator with strong problem solving skills.
