Liverpool HQ (with travel) | Full-time
Brand: Made by Mitchell
At Made by Mitchell, we don’t just sell makeup - we create experiences. From high-energy masterclasses to sold out pop-ups, our community shows up, engages, and buys in.
We’re looking for an Education & Events Coordinator to take this to the next level. This is not a “plan a nice event and hope people come” role. This is about building must-attend moments - and making sure every single one delivers commercially.
The Role
You’ll be based at our Liverpool HQ, owning the end-to-end delivery of our education and events strategy — from concept to execution to sell-out. You’ll be responsible for creating standout consumer experiences that drive brand love, revenue, and reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Planning & Execution
- Plan and deliver a calendar of consumer facing events including masterclasses, education sessions, and pop-ups.
- Own logistics end to end: venues, suppliers, staffing, stock, and on the day execution.
- Ensure every event reflects the energy and creativity of Made by Mitchell.
- Commercial Ownership
- Be accountable for attendance targets - every event should be a full capacity.
- Work closely with marketing to drive demand through social, email, and community channels.
- Analyse performance and optimise future events based on sales, engagement, and ROI.
- Education Programme
- Support the development of education formats and content (beginner → pro level).
- Coordinate talent, artists, and internal teams to deliver best in class sessions.
- Help build a scalable education model that can grow with the brand.
- Pop-Ups & Brand Moments
- Deliver impactful retail and experiential activations across key markets.
- Ensure strong conversion and customer experience at every touchpoint.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in events, brand activations, or education programmes (beauty preferred but not essential).
- A commercial mindset you think in terms of sell through, not just aesthetics.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at pace.
- Confident working cross functionally with marketing, sales, and operations.
- A natural energy for community building and live experiences.
Why Join Us
- Be part of one of the fastest-growing, most disruptive beauty brands.
- Work on high impact, visible projects that directly drive revenue.
- Join a team that moves fast, thinks big, and actually executes.
If you’re someone who can turn ideas into sold out, talked about moments, we want to hear from you.
