Liverpool HQ (with travel) | Full-time
At Made by Mitchell, our e-commerce channel is a key driver of growth — from product launches to daily trading. We’re looking for an E-commerce Manager who’s ready to take the next step in their career — someone with a solid foundation who wants more ownership, more responsibility, and real impact. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn fast, take ownership, and play a key part in driving our online performance.
The Role
You’ll support and gradually take ownership of the day-to-day performance of our e-commerce channel, helping to drive revenue, conversion, and customer experience. Working closely with Marketing, Content, Live, and Operations, you’ll help ensure the site is always optimised, aligned to campaigns, and ready to convert demand into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Trading & Performance
- Support the day-to-day trading of the website, monitoring performance and key metrics
- Help track and improve conversion rate, AOV, and revenue
- Identify opportunities to optimise performance and grow sales
- Site Management
- Assist in managing the website (likely via Shopify or similar)
- Upload products, build collections, and support site merchandising
- Ensure all launches and promotions go live smoothly
- Campaign Support
- Work with marketing and content teams to support product launches and campaigns
- Help build and update landing pages
- Ensure consistency across site, social, and email activity
- Optimisation & Learning
- Support basic A/B testing and site improvements
- Learn to analyse performance data and turn insights into actions
- Continuously develop your understanding of e-commerce best practice
- Stock & Operations Coordination
- Work with operations to ensure accurate stock levels and product availability
- Support merchandising decisions based on stock and demand
- Assist in preparing for key trading periods and launches
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years’ experience in e-commerce, digital, or a similar role
- Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
- A strong interest in e-commerce, trading, and digital growth
- Organised, proactive, and keen to learn in a fast-paced environment
- A commercial mindset — you’re interested in what drives sales, not just what looks good
Why Join Us
- A genuine opportunity to step up and take ownership early
- Work closely with a high-performing team across content, marketing, and operations
- Be part of a fast-growing beauty brand where your impact is visible
If you’re ready to take the next step and build a career in e-commerce, we’d love to hear from you.
