A large well-known IFM Services provider is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to join their expanding team.
The Company

The Opportunity
The Senior Project Manager will be given the opportunity to take a leading role in the delivery of a variety of projects on a trophy asset basis. In this role you will cover a full range of Technical / Commercial duties including:
- Providing progress reports and cost plans to the wider business and to the clients.
- Managing relationships with clients and developing relationships with suppliers.
- Implementing best technical and compliance practice through leadership of key project(s) including cost plans, dealing with sub-contractors, risk management and providing valuation of change expertise.
- Supporting the reporting requirements to both internal and external stakeholders as well as production of KPIs.
The Individual
We are looking for a person with proven experience within the facilities and project sector with over 5 years Technical Management experience. Our client is looking for an HNC qualified individual who has held senior management roles within the Hard Services sector. It would be beneficial if you have held £10m+ P&L Management experience and are able to build relationships quickly.
You will be required to have the following:
- Electrical / Mechanical qualification to HND/HNC standard (or similar).
- At least 5 years working within the facilities and projects sector as a Project Manager.
- Proven experience in managing direct teams and sub-contractors to deliver high standards.
- Extensive knowledge and experience of building services, tendering, contracts and projects.
- Able to manage commercial arrangements with suppliers and contractors.
- Ability to manage internal and external relationships and expectations.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Chartered membership.
