The Opportunity
Are you a strategic sales leader with a track record of winning multi-million-pound technical FM contracts? We are looking for a UK Sales Director to spearhead growth across the UK. Our client’s don’t just "fix things." They provide world-class mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) solutions that keep the UK’s critical infrastructure running. As the UK Sales Director, you will be the face of the hard services division, converting complex technical requirements into long-term, high-value partnerships.
The Role
- Lead the end-to-end business development lifecycle, focusing on high-margin hard services (M&E, HVAC, Fire & Security, and Fabric Maintenance).
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a robust sales pipeline targeting the Corporate, Healthcare, and Industrial sectors.
- Bid Leadership: Work closely with the Pre-Construction and Estimating teams to ensure technical accuracy and commercial competitiveness in large-scale tenders.
- C-Suite Engagement: Navigate complex stakeholder maps to influence CEOs, FDs, and Estates Directors.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of UK compliance standards (SFG20), decarbonisation trends, and smart building technology.
