Our Client, an independent IFM services provider, now seeks to appoint an experienced “best in class” National Account Director for a prestigious End User Client portfolio.
With Full P&L ownership and control for the contract portfolio Circa £5 Million+. Successful operation of the maintenance, reactive and event-based activities ensuring total compliance across the contract. Ensure customer satisfaction is a priority and that the clients’ focus and strategy objectives are met and exceeded.
Providing leadership, management, and development of the team, ensuring customer service and operational commitments are delivered on time and in agreement with the financial plan.
- Full P&L Ownership and Control
- Competent Man Manager with strong customer relationships
- Strong understanding of Management techniques, M&E products and the compliance framework
- Must have technical skills and operational experience gained from working within a similar role and working environment - Healthcare/Defence & Utilities sector is a must!
