About the Role...
Are you a hands-on e-Commerce senior professional who thrives on variety? Do you enjoy the challenge of managing an e-commerce business? We are looking for a visionary Senior E-Commerce Director to join our Client's UK Senior Management team. In this pivotal role, you will own our global digital commerce roadmap across D2C, Amazon, Social Commerce, and wholesale digital key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Roadmap Execution: Shape and deploy digital commerce strategies across platforms.
- Full-Funnel Growth: Oversee marketing strategies, forecasting, budgeting, SEO/SEM, affiliate, acquisition, and retention.
- UX & Conversion Optimization: Mastermind site navigation, content strategy, checkout funnels, and analytics.
- Collaborative Leadership: Align with cross-functional partners and brand marketing to protect and grow brand equity.
- Team Empowerment: Lead, mentor, and foster growth within a high-performing, agile marketing team.
What We Are Looking For:
- 5+ Years Experience: Proven track record in a Senior Marketing or E-Commerce leadership role driving incremental revenue.
- Strategic Excellence: In-depth knowledge of omni-channel implementation, consumer behaviour, and web analytics.
- Mindset: A unique blend of analytical rigor, creative flare, and a distinct sense of urgency.
