An exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to join a growing, design-led decorative lighting manufacturer covering the South of the UK.

This role offers a strong platform for success, with access to an extensive and well-established database of existing and lapsed clients, providing immediate opportunities to generate revenue and build relationships.

You will focus on nurturing, re-engaging, and growing these accounts while identifying new business opportunities across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and growing regional sales to achieve UK targets and objectives primarily within the hospitality and contract sectors
  • Proactively managing, nurturing, and reactivating an existing database of clients
  • Driving revenue through a mix of account development and new business
  • Managing and developing key accounts to maximise their full potential
  • Identifying and securing new opportunities for business growth
  • Working closely with internal teams including sales, customer service, and marketing
  • Providing market insight to support product development and pricing strategy
  • Attending customer meetings, exhibitions, and networking events
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar sales role, ideally within decorative lighting or a related sector
  • Strong commercial awareness with a proactive, relationship-led approach
  • Experience managing and growing existing accounts as well as winning new business
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously
  • Willingness to travel across London and Southern UK
