Responsibilities
- Lead the marketing and e-commerce function, working cross-functionally on planning, content, campaigns, website development and customer experience
- Own digital sales and advertising strategy including forecasting, budgets, SEO/SEM, acquisition and retention
- Develop and deliver the digital commerce roadmap across e-commerce platforms, Amazon, social and digital wholesale accounts
- Manage the end-to-end website experience, content delivery and conversion optimisation
- Lead web analytics and performance reporting for senior stakeholders
- Ensure alignment with brand strategy and contribute to wider business planning
- Lead, develop and mentor the marketing team
Skills and experience
- This role requires proven senior-level marketing and e-commerce leadership within the homewares, electrical or lighting sectors
- 5+ years' experience in a senior marketing and/or e-commerce role driving revenue growth
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
- Strong commercial, analytical and creative mindset
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce best practice, consumer behaviour and digital marketing tools
- Experience delivering projects end-to-end and influencing senior stakeholders
- Exposure to platforms such as NetSuite, Amazon and digital commerce tools is advantageous
