An exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to join a growing, design-led decorative lighting manufacturer covering the South of the UK.
This role offers a strong platform for success, with access to an extensive and well-established database of existing and lapsed clients, providing immediate opportunities to generate revenue and build relationships.
You will focus on nurturing, re-engaging, and growing these accounts while identifying new business opportunities across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Developing and growing regional sales to achieve UK targets and objectives primarily within the hospitality and contract sectors
- Proactively managing, nurturing, and reactivating an existing database of clients
- Driving revenue through a mix of account development and new business
- Managing and developing key accounts to maximise their full potential
- Identifying and securing new opportunities for business growth
- Working closely with internal teams including sales, customer service, and marketing
- Providing market insight to support product development and pricing strategy
- Attending customer meetings, exhibitions, and networking events
- Proven experience in a similar sales role, ideally within decorative lighting or a related sector
- Strong commercial awareness with a proactive, relationship-led approach
- Experience managing and growing existing accounts as well as winning new business
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously
- Willingness to travel across London and Southern UK
