An established and highly reputable provider of temperature control rental solutions is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to oversee the South East territory (North East London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire & East Anglia).
This role offers a balanced mix of new business development and account management, with full responsibility for driving revenue growth across a well-established region.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of regional accounts
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across multiple sectors
- Develop strong working relationships with internal operational and technical teams
- Deliver regional sales targets and ensure strong commercial margins
- Produce regular sales forecasts, activity reports and performance updates
- Increase market presence and brand awareness within the designated territory
- Support the collection of outstanding payments where required
- Proven field sales experience
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC equipment, particularly boilers and chillers
- Experience within temperature control, HVAC or equipment rental is essential
- Commercially aware with strong negotiation ability
- Experience using CRM platforms and MS Office
- Highly organised with strong territory management skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel across the assigned region
