  • Optimise Funding Commercials: Work closely with internal structured finance and investment teams to align funding deployment with market demand.
  • Build Strategic Alliances: Develop long-term partnerships with energy brokers, facilities management firms, consultants, and developers to build a robust referral network.
  • Brand Positioning: Elevate the company's profile as the premier choice for zero capex sustainable energy infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • Proven Executive Leadership: 7+ years of commercial leadership experience (VP, Commercial Director, or CCO) in the renewable energy, ESCO (Energy Service Company), or energy infrastructure sector.
  • Funded Solutions Expertise: Direct experience selling 'As-a-Service' or fully funded models (e.g., Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Energy Performance Contracts (EPCs)).
  • Enterprise Track Record: Proven history of closing multi-million-pound energy deals with corporate, industrial, or public sector clients.
  • Team Builder: A track record of scaling sales teams from mid-size to highly efficient, corporate engines.
  • Financial Literacy: Strong understanding of project finance, ROI calculations, and how funded structures appeal to corporate CFOs.
  • Network: An existing, active network of commercial property owners, sustainability heads, or energy buyers is highly desirable.
