The Managing Director will ensure alignment with the strategic mission, vision, and stakeholder expectations. Lead and manage the Executive Leadership team and all staff, providing guidance and support. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards. Maintain and grow key customer relationships at the highest level – End User, Specifier, M&E Contractor, & OEM client base etc… Communicate and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders, business partners, and regulatory authorities. Oversee the company\’s financial performance, investments, and business ventures. Manage financial resources, budgets, and investments prudently. Drive organisational change and transformation initiatives. Lead and manage the Executive Leadership team and all staff, providing guidance and support. Strong commercial acumen Project / Specification experienced Lighting or Electrical Industry experience is a pre-requisite Preferred Skills – Business Leadership, Commercial Acumen, Building Services products experienced ( Electrical or Lighting or closely allied ) Team player, with an entrepreneurial spirit… Pay range and compensation package – ££ Six Figure Basic plus Profit & Equity Share + Exec Benefits Package ( DOE )
