An established and highly reputable provider of temperature control rental solutions is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to oversee the South East territory (North East London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire & East Anglia).

This role offers a balanced mix of new business development and account management, with full responsibility for driving revenue growth across a well-established region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of regional accounts
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across multiple sectors
  • Develop strong working relationships with internal operational and technical teams
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management using CRM systems
  • Deliver regional sales targets and ensure strong commercial margins
  • Produce regular sales forecasts, activity reports and performance updates
  • Increase market presence and brand awareness within the designated territory
  • Support the collection of outstanding payments where required
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven field sales experience
  • Strong technical understanding of HVAC equipment, particularly boilers and chillers
  • Experience within temperature control, HVAC or equipment rental is essential
  • Commercially aware with strong negotiation ability
  • Experience using CRM platforms and MS Office
  • Highly organised with strong territory management skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willingness to travel across the assigned region
