Key Responsibilities
- Data input to support booking and invoicing audit trails
- Updating client and job files
- Communication with colleagues, clients, and suppliers
- Participation in meetings and other departmental activities
- Work independently as required, demonstrating responsibility and reliability
Qualifications & Experience
- Confidence, gregariousness, and a well‑presented appearance, with a proven track record in a similar media environment
- Degree level general education or equivalent professional experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills, effective email management, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience in broadcasting, TV media planning or buying, sales environments, digital media sales and planning, or printed media planning and sales
- Creative thinking, intuition, problem‑solving, enthusiasm, and punctuality
