Are you finishing school and wondering what’s next? Want to earn while you learn in a fast-moving, creative industry? We’re MAD Colour — a local, award-winning design, print and manufacturing company with nearly 50 years of experience delivering bold, exciting work for top brands like Diageo, B Perfect and Belfast International Airport. We’re now looking for an enthusiastic Digital Print Apprentice to join our team. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how we bring print to life — from large format graphics and retail displays to signage and exhibitions. You’ll be trained by experts, gain real experience and be enrolled on a relevant NVQ qualification to kickstart your career in print and display
What You’ll Do
- Assist in setting up and operating digital print machines
- Learn how to prepare artwork files and job sheets for production
- Help finish and pack printed materials ready for delivery or installation
- Maintain quality control checks on materials and output
- Support the production team to meet deadlines across exciting live projects
- Keep the workspace clean, safe and efficient
Who We’re Looking For
- No experience required
- A good attitude and a genuine interest in design, print or production
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and pride in getting things right
- Basic computer skills and strong communication
- Reliability and a desire to build a future career with us
