Our people are highly motivated and engaged, always encouraged to make their voices heard and given the opportunity to progress. And while we deal with serious issues, we make sure we don’t take ourselves too seriously along the way. Questioning accepted wisdom, always looking for alternative solutions, ours is a culture where everyone pulls together to make a lasting difference.
From pioneering start-ups to global organisations, our clients are united by one thing: they’re solving tomorrow’s problems today. And they trust us to tell their story, engage their stakeholders, and build lasting reputations.
We combine:
- Deep sector expertise – in energy, health (especially pharmaceuticals and life sciences), tech, and beyond
- Data-driven insight – because decisions should be grounded in evidence
- Creative communications – that move hearts and minds
- A clear purpose – to build a better, more informed world
Because the way we talk about big issues—from net zero to AI to healthcare—shapes how society responds to them. And at Madano, we believe that better communication leads to better outcomes. We combine behaviour change theory, innovative quantitative and qualitative research, and data science to help businesses and organisations achieve and demonstrate impact.
The role:
As a Data and Research Manager, you will help clients make better decisions by turning data into clear, strategic stories. Apply appropriate statistical techniques to support segmentation, comparison and evaluation. Ensure outputs are robust, well-documented, with easy-to-understand outputs for clients to act on.
- Project delivery and collaboration: Lead analytical workstreams and consulting projects. Collaborate with colleagues across Insights, Digital, Creative and sector-specialist teams, such as our healthcare and net-zero focused teams. Contribute to improving tools, methods and ways of working within the team.
About you:
- Experience using data to support client decision-making, ideally in a consultancy or commercial research setting.
- Self-sufficient in Python or SQL.
