What you\’ll do:

• Deliver world-class customer service with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Keep the vibe positive and engaging while interacting with guests.
• Go above and beyond to exceed expectations—every time
• Stay on your feet and in the action throughout the day.
• Put health and safety first—it\’s our top priority.
• Operate and assist with our iconic Madame Tussauds ride (training provided).

Qualifications & Experience

• Reliable & Punctual – Strong timekeeping and commitment to schedules.
• Self-Motivated – Able to stay driven and proactive without supervision.

• Excellent Communicator – Clear, confident, and engaging with guests and team members.
• Calm Under Pressure – Maintains composure in fast-paced or challenging situations.
