Madalena Studio are a small, award-winning graphic design and creative studio based in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire. We are a multidisciplinary studio with projects spanning brand identities, website design, design for print, and event graphics.
Our clients are based in London and internationally, from global organisations and established SMEs through to industry innovators and individual startups.

What we’re looking for
We are looking for a talented creative artworker to work across all accounts – from corporate events to weird and wonderful.
The ideal candidate will be a solid pair of hands working with the design team, comfortable working at a fast pace and producing high quality artwork for large scale events, reports, brochures, presentations and social / digital assets, as well as more basic retouching, Wordpress and motion graphics.
We are looking for someone who can manage efficient file structures, set up artwork, handle client amends with an appreciation for design aesthetics as well as brand consistency, streamline and automate where appropriate, and deliver through to pre-press or digital output.
The role is part time, and we are accepting applications for either 2.5 or 3 days per week, based on your preference. To start with, this would be based on two days per week in the studio. Periods of longer term remote working is open for discussion, eg. traveling and working.
Salary
£38k – £42k DOE (pro-rata)

Core requirements
- 5+ years working experience
- Comfortable working at a fast pace
- Thorough attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
- Experienced in print and digital formats
- High proficiency Adobe InDesign
- Strong skills in using Photoshop, Illustrator and PowerPoint.
- After Effects and Figma skills are a nice to have, but not essential.
- A sensitivity to brand consistency, typography and design on a broader level
- Experience working with large scale print
- Positive can-do attitude and a team player, as well as being able to work independently
