Onsite Role Based at Mad Swans in the South Downs (in-between Farnham & Alton).
Mad Swans is looking for full-time, part-time and weekend Restaurant and Bar Team Members to join our budding team. We are experts in our field, committed to creating boundary‑pushing social spaces that spark meaningful connections through play in nature.

Key duties and responsibilities:
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders, answering questions about the menu, and making recommendations.
- Ensuring prompt and courteous service of food and beverages, maintaining consistent high standards of quality and presentation.
- Upselling and suggesting additional items or beverages to enhance the guest experience.
- Clear and reset tables quickly to accommodate new guests.
- Ensure the dining areas remain clean and tidy before, during, and after service.
- Work closely with other Restaurant, Bar and Kitchen team members during busy periods to ensure a smooth service.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all customers.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages.
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences and make tailored drink recommendations.
- Building rapport with regular guests, fostering a welcoming and loyal customer base.
There are a number of full‑time, part‑time and weekend positions. Full‑time positions will work any five days out of seven.
Location: This is an onsite role and will be located at Mad Swans in the South Downs, Frith End Road, Blacknest, Hampshire, GU34 4QL.
Working Hours: Shift times will vary throughout the week; however, the operational times will be from 7.00 am to 11.00 pm.
Who we’re looking for:
- Experienced or has previous experience in a Restaurant, Café or Bar role.
- Passionate about delivering excellent guest experience.
- An excellent communicator.
- Someone who has an eye for detail.
- Organised and able to multi‑task.
- Confident, outgoing and well‑presented.
- Happy to be hands‑on and assist with the day‑to‑day duties as part of a small team.
- Self‑driven and highly motivated.
- Proactive, positive and resilient by nature.
- Comfortable working in a very fast paced environment.
