Housekeeper

Mad Swans is looking for full‑time, part‑time and weekend Housekeepers to join our team. The role is based at our first site in the Mendips, Marsh Lane, Farrington Gurney, Bristol, BS39 6TS.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and re‑setting cabins
  • Changing bed linen and towels
  • Stocking and maintaining an inventory of housekeeping supplies
  • Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
  • Scrubbing and sanitising showers, bathtubs, toilets, countertops and sinks
  • Vacuuming/mopping all areas including public areas
  • Reporting breakages, damages and safety issues for repairs
  • Positively engage and interact with guests
  • Assist guests with any questions and queries
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly, escalating to the Housekeeping Manager if necessary
  • Build rapport with regular guests, fostering a welcoming and loyal customer base

Location: onsite at Mad Swans in the Mendips, Marsh Lane, Farrington Gurney, Bristol, BS39 6TS.

Working hours: operational times from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Full‑time members will work any five days out of seven including weekends. Part‑time and weekend positions are available.

Salary: £11.65 hour to £13.50 hour, including TRONC (tips), depending on age.
