Onsite Role Based at Mad Swans in the Mendips (Bristol)
Mad Swans is looking for Kitchen Porters to join our budding team. You’ll be the first person to step into these shoes and shape this new role based at our first site: Mad Swans in the Mendips.
Location: Onsite role at Marsh Lane, Farrington Gurney, Bristol, BS39 6TS.
Working Hours: Between 10:00 am and 11:00 pm; may vary.
Working Days: Full‑time: any five days out of seven, including weekends.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure all dishes, cookware, utensils and kitchen equipment are clean and ready for use
- Help unpack and organise deliveries, ensuring our pantry is stocked correctly
- Lend a hand with food preparation, from peeling vegetables to fetching ingredients, supporting chefs during busy services
- Maintain a clean, safe and sanitised environment, ensuring hygiene standards are met
- Organise kitchen stock, utensils, and ingredients for efficient team workflow during busy periods
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained daily
