Mad Swans in the South Downs is seeking a full-time Pastry Chef to join our Kitchen team. You’ll prepare desserts, pastries and ice-cream, bringing flair and consistency to our unique venue.
This onsite role offers a 48-hour week, five days out of seven, with earnings to £36,000 including TRONC. You’ll work with kitchen and front-of-house teams, maintaining high hygiene standards and supporting stock takes.
