Mad Swans is looking for full-time, part-time and weekend Kitchen Porters to join our budding team. You’ll be the first person to step into these shoes and shape this brand-new role based at our second site: Mad Swans in the South Downs.

What we do:

  • We are experts in our field, committed to creating boundary-pushing social spaces that spark meaningful connections through play in nature.
  • Social play spanning Padel Tennis, Pickleball, Darts, Shuffleboard and Golf gives guests the chance to explore one game or sample them all.
  • We’ve teamed up with experts to create two distinct dining experiences: The Potting Shed and The Hangout.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Ensure all dishes, cookware, utensils and kitchen equipment are clean and ready for use.
  • Help unpack and organise deliveries, ensuring our pantry is stocked correctly.
  • Lend a hand with food preparation, supporting our chefs during busy services.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and sanitised environment, ensuring hygiene standards are met.
  • Organising kitchen stock, utensils, and ingredients for efficient work.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned well on a daily basis and maintained.
