Onsite Role at Mad Swans in the South Downs (in-between Farnham & Alton)
Mad Swans is looking for full-time, part-time and weekend Housekeepers to join our budding team. You'll be the first person to step into these shoes and shape this brand-new role based at our second site: Mad Swans in the South Downs.
What we do:
- We are experts in our field, committed to creating boundary-pushing social spaces that spark meaningful connections through play in nature.
- Mad Swans is a countryside hangout for mavericks, offering social play spanning Padel Tennis, Pickleball, Darts, Shuffleboard and Golf.
- We focus on great food, with two distinct dining experiences: The Potting Shed and The Hangout.

Key duties and responsibilities:
- Cleaning and re-setting Cabins
- Changing bed linen and towels
- Stocking and maintaining an inventory of housekeeping supplies
- Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
- Scrubbing and sanitising showers, bathtubs, toilets, countertops and sinks
- Vacuuming/mopping all areas including public areas
- Reporting breakages, damages and safety issues for repairs
- Positively engage and interact with guests
- Assist guests with any questions and queries
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Building rapport with regular guests
There is an element of physical work which will involve lifting, carrying and moving linen and supplies to and from each Cabin. Although this role is predominantly working inside Cabins, our Housekeepers will also be required to be outside as they move between and service each Cabin throughout the day.
Working Hours:
- Shift times will vary throughout the week; operational times will be from 7.00 am to 4.00 pm.
- Full-time members of the team will be required to work any five days out of seven, including weekends.
We are looking for Housekeepers who are:
