To support our continuing growth, we are seeking an experienced Large Format Printer to join our MAD Colour production team.

Reports to: Head of Large Format
Key Responsibilities
Large Format Printing & Production
- OperateUV, latex and dye sublarge format print equipment to produce high-quality graphics and display materials.
- Prepare substrates and materials for production.
- Print onto a wide variety of materials including vinyls, textiles, rigid boards and specialist substrates.
- Monitor print quality, colour consistency and overall production standards.
- Carry out routine equipment maintenance and daily machine checks.
- Troubleshoot production issues and identify practical solutions when challenges arise.
CNC Cutting & Finishing
- Operate digital cutting equipment and CNC finishing systems.
- Accurately cut, trim and prepare printed materials to specification.
- Assist with laminating, mounting and finishing processes.
- Ensure all finished products meet customer and quality requirements.
- Read and interpret production paperwork, job tickets and technical specifications.
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and production schedules.
- Collaborate with colleagues across production and delivery teams to ensure successful project completion.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, quality and productivity within the department.
Skills & Experience
- Experience working within a large format print, graphics, signage or display production environment.
- Experience operating CNC cutting tables or digital cutting systems.
- Good understanding of large format print production processes and materials.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to team success.
- Experience operatingUV, latexor similar print technologies.
- Experience of dye sublimation printing and textile graphics production.
- Experience with laminating, mounting and finishing techniques.
- Knowledge of colour management and print quality control processes.
