The role
Working with Mad 4 Recruitment as a Primary School Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in a role that is completely flexible around your needs. There are both full time and part time opportunities available to suit your commitments. Furthermore, you will be able to work as a Primary School Teacher in a variety of schools from small mixed form village schools to multiple form entry large schools.
What you'll need to succeed
To be a Primary School Teacher you will need to have Qualified Teacher Status (UK) and experience within a classroom setting in the last two years, this can be within a mainstream or SEND setting. You will need to be an approachable and patient Teacher who is able to embrace new surroundings and situations, whilst demonstrating a professional manner at all times. It is imperative that you have good communication and interpersonal skills as this is crucial for building effective relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents and carers quickly.
