Flex Team Colleagues have minimum work requirements of 42 hours per quarter during the first three fiscal quarters. During the fourth fiscal quarter, you will be required to work a minimum of 60 hours. Although you have an hours requirement by quarter, you are not required to pick up any shifts.
Who You Are:
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
- Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
- Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
- Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
- Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities.
- Can handle electronic devices with no problem.
Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform:
- Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
- Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
- Requires close vision, colour vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology necessary to perform job functions.
