As a Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you will play an essential role in supporting store operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Your responsibilities include:

  • Receiving and organizing merchandise
  • Picking, packing, processing trailers
  • Retrieving orders from back‑of‑house storage and delivering them curbside to the customer
  • Monitoring alerts to ensure Ready on Time completion of Buy Online Pickup In‑Store (BOPS) orders
  • Greeting shoppers warmly, resolving issues, and delivering orders curbside with care

Your attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to operational excellence will directly impact both customer satisfaction and overall store performance.   • Focusing on the customer - from greeting customers warmly to actively listening and resolving issues
  • Maintaining a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting any needed merchandise moves

Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week. All schedules contain weekend shifts as part of the requirements. Hours are dependent on business needs and colleague availability.

  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors
  • Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
  • Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
  • Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information
  • Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities
  • Great with team dynamics

Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform:

  • This position requires talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands
  • Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 50lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
  • Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
  • Frequent use of computers and other technology necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment and cash register
