As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring that all customers have an enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and offering recommendations based on their preferences.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in restocking as necessary.
- Monitor customers' behaviour to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal requirements.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Bar and Cocktail making preferred; if not, we will provide training.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Commitment to work weekends and bank holidays.
- All applicants for this role must be 18+.
