Macwood Capital is seeking a hands-on Business Consultant to diagnose bottlenecks for home service businesses, clinics and ecommerce brands. You’ll map unit economics, run weekly strategy sessions with founders, and implement cross-functional systems across marketing, sales and operations.
You’ll own client relationships from diagnosis through execution, measure outcomes against KPIs, and push back with data-driven insights when the problem isn’t what the founder thinks it is.
