Mactech require 3 x Appointed Persons to join a team working on the prefabrication, installation, and erection of piping systems on the mechanical scope at Hinkley Point C.
The AP will be responsible for the planning, execution, and safety of lifting and rigging operations at site and must be able to create lifting plans.
Expected shift pattern will be 10/4 rotation: Days: 9 x 10-hour shifts (Tuesday to Wednesday) & 1 x 6-hour shift every second Thursday.
Suitable candidates must have:
- Minimum 10 years' experience working in a similar role
- CPCS (A61) Appointed Person
- ECITB Appointed Person β Moving Loads
- LATS OR SSSTS OR IOSH Managing Safely
- Enrolment onto ILM Level 3 Certificate C&BE plus completion of Nuclear Unit OR Nuclear Engineering Construction Supervisor (NECS)
- CCNSG Safety Passport
- AutoCad Experience
SSA Rates Apply:
- Basic: Β£32.55
- OT1: Β£45.57
- OT2: Β£58.59
- Bonus Potential (up to): Β£4.88
- Lodge: Β£50.81 p/night / Β£355.67 p/week β if eligible
- Travel: Return Fare & Travel Time each month β if eligible
- Holidays: 25 Days + Public/Bank
Rate will increase after 3 months probationary period.
