As the Maintenance & Repair Lead, you will:

• Oversee and manage the maintenance and repair phase of the project to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Lead a team to deliver efficient site operations, coordinate schedules, and ensure all equipment and plant are properly maintained.
• Drive health and safety excellence, ensuring all staff “Come Home Safe” every day.
• Support project handovers, commissioning activities, and close-out phases with a focus on quality and compliance.
• Develop, implement, and monitor maintenance schedules, defect management systems, and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage care and maintenance processes, from planning to execution.
• Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance on-site.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Forecast workforce needs and manage resource planning.
• Maintain and report on KPIs, ensuring the project stays on track.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

• Level 3 ONC or Level 4 HNC in Construction, Engineering or Facilities Management
• NVQ Level 3 in Site Supervision
• Proficiency in MS 365; experience with MS Project or Asta Power Project is desirable.
• Proven track record in large-scale or regulated projects.
• Leadership experience in maintenance or facilities management.
