Job Title:

FM Workspace Management Delivery Lead

Description & Background:

Sizewell C is seeking a dynamic leader to manage workspace planning across office and internal building areas. This crucial role will support the construction project by maintaining a comprehensive database of space usage, occupancy, and equipment to ensure efficient workspace management.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day workspace management services for SZC office buildings
• Develop and implement workspace planning strategies
• Manage CAD and moves management service contract
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Develop effective relationships with service contract partners
• Manage CAD and database software for master drawings and data files
• Collect workforce requirement forecasting information
• Prepare monthly workspace management reports
• Coordinate workspace services including safety, quality, risk, and environmental management

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree-level education or equivalent experience
• CAD training and qualification
• Budget development experience
• Management/leadership experience in service-led environment
• Proven workspace management service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to work cooperatively with local supply chain partners

Desirable Skills:

• Recognized Behavioural Safety Programme certification
• Recent IOSH accreditation or equivalent

Compensation & Benefits:

• £155 PAYE to £215 UMBRELLA per day
• Site-based at Sizewell C
• Long term, full-time position
