Part Time Hours: Monday - Thursday (08:00 - 12:00)
We’re looking for a Receptionist to join our team in Loanhead. Working with a high level of autonomy under moderate supervision, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day reception and administrative activities, from managing calls and correspondence to providing support across departments. Every interaction you handle will help showcase our welcoming culture and high professional standards.

- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, directing them appropriately and taking accurate messages.
- Present health and safety induction videos as required for site visitors.
- Handle daily correspondence, sorting mail, scanning, photocopying, filing, and preparing documents.
- Maintain and update records using Microsoft Office and ERP (IFS) systems.
- Process travel requests and manage meeting catering arrangements.
- Order and manage office supplies to ensure consistent availability.
- Keep the reception area professional, organised, and presentable at all times.
- Provide cover for the full-time receptionist during periods of absence or annual leave.
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Professional telephone manner and customer service focus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- The successful candidate must hold or be able to meet the appropriate Security Clearance as required.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as IFS.
