The Revit / BIM Coordinator job itself where you will play a key role developing their digital offering. You will be involved in some exciting projects across a variety of sectors and will be a key member of the team. There is a really strong progression route for the right person, you will be instrumental in the Consultancies’ growth supporting M&E design teams.
More specifically:
- Populating concept M&E drawings in 2D CAD, Revit, BIM from stage 3 to 6 Design levels
- Performing clash detection and resolution using Revit to identify and mitigate conflicts early
- Collaborating with the Design team to integrate Revit models with architectural and structural models
- Liaising with Architects, Structural Engineers, Main Contractors design personnel and in-house Design staff
- Implementing and maintaining BIM standards and protocols
Offered opportunities to progress and grow.
To be successful as Revit / BIM Coordinator you will have experience within the Building Services Sector as a Revit Engineer, BIM Engineer or Digital Engineer, with a Consulting or Contracting background. Furthermore, we would be keen to speak to people who have a working knowledge of programmes such as AutoCAD or Revit MEP. Finally, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HND and/or Degree in Building Services Engineering.
As the Revit / BIM Coordinator your salary will be £40K-£50K Negotiable + Package, including:
