You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining safety at all times. Collaborating closely with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors, your role will be pivotal in shaping successful project outcomes.
To be successful as a Site Manager, you will have a strong background in construction management, including:
- ONC or equivalent qualification in construction management
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certificates
- Ideally CIOB membership
- 5+ years experience managing construction projects and site activities, particularly on projects valued up to £10M
