You will have

To be successful as Managing Director – MD, you need to have a good business head and be able to manage the entire company. Plus a healthy mix of the following:

  1. Proven experience in senior management, ideally within the construction, manufacturing, or stone masonry industries.
  2. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills.
  3. Financial acumen with experience in budget management and profitability analysis.
  4. Knowledge of stone or related materials (granite, quartz) and industry trends is beneficial.
