You will have To be successful as a Shift Maintenance Engineer/Site Maintenance Engineer, you will have a healthy mix of the following:
- Recognised engineering qualification, such as ONC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer with a mechanical focus, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong electrical and mechanical skills, with knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, PLC, and steam systems.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new IT systems, including CMMS software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach.
- Capacity to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including permanent night shifts if required.
- Commitment to adhering to health and safety standards.

The role offers 28 days holiday per annum, plus additional hours or days by agreement.
