- Strong knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes and IPC certification (IPC-A-600 highly desirable)
- Experience managing customer quality issues, investigations, and corrective actions
- Demonstrable leadership and team development skills
- Expertise in root cause analysis techniques such as 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone diagrams
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers, auditors, and stakeholders
- Knowledge of quality tools like SPC, PFMEA, and APQP (desirable but not essential)
- Experience leading internal and external audits
