You'll enjoy autonomy, varied projects, excellent benefits and the opportunity to help shape the future of a successful regional team.

You will have substantial experience delivering civil engineering, infrastructure or development projects, ideally within a construction consultancy or client-side environment. You will ideally demonstrate:

  • Proven project management experience across civils, infrastructure or major development schemes.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery, commercial management, programming and risk.

  • Experience supporting or mentoring developing project professionals.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in Construction, Civil Engineering or Project Management.
  • MRICS, MCIOB, APM or equivalent professional accreditation desirable, not essential.

You will be an effective communicator, commercially astute and comfortable taking ownership within a collaborative, non-corporate consultancy environment.
