You will lead in Residential/Commercial Building Surveying from the New Forest, Portsmouth & Southampton area office for a private practice of Building Surveyors and Architects. Their surveying department undertakes planned maintenance, dilapidations, party wall work, project monitoring, project management, building surveys and HMO related work.

The Senior Building Surveyor/Chartered Building Surveyor position is offered on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be trusted to work independently across a broad range of residential and commercial property, mainly in and around Southampton, Salisbury, Bournemouth and the New Forest, but with other work throughout the UK.

Requirements:

To be successful you should be a Chartered Building Surveyor with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience. You should have experience completing structural and building surveys, undertaking inspections and examining properties for acquisition, as well as working on commercial properties. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an acute attention to detail are essential.

Salary: £55K-£65K + Package
