As Operations Manager, you will:
- Lead day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities across multiple sites
- Take ownership of end-to-end production and operational performance

You will have to succeed as Operations Manager / Manufacturing Operations Manager, you will be an experienced operational leader from a manufacturing, engineering, fabrication or similarly demanding production environment. You will ideally have:
- Proven Operations Management or senior manufacturing leadership experience
- Strong manufacturing, production or fabrication knowledge
- Experience leading busy, multi-process operations
- Excellent people leadership and team development skills
- Strong production planning and organisational capability
- Supply chain, logistics and inventory management exposure
- Solid project management skills
- Experience of budgeting, forecasting, KPI management and reporting
- Strong understanding of quality, compliance and Health & Safety
