Role
You will be involved in a wide variety of projects locally and also across the country, playing a part in the Estimating team, helping to price up the Mechanical aspect of projects, including systems such as: HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Plumbing and Pipework.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the estimation, pricing and design of projects up to the value of £5M
- Working closely with the Director in a close-knit Estimating team
- Helping to price up and design all Mechanical aspects of projects including HVAC, Plumbing and Pipework
- Working on exciting projects across sectors including Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Hotels, Leisure, Manufacturing and Retail
- Using the latest packages and technology to ensure constant development
- Offered opportunities to progress and grow
Qualifications
To be successful as a Mechanical Estimator/HVAC Estimator, you will have experience within the Building Services Sector as a Senior Mechanical Estimator, HVAC Estimator, Mechanical Design Engineer or an Intermediate Mechanical HVAC Estimator wanting to step up. Furthermore, we would be keen to speak to people who have knowledge of programmes such as Hevacomp. Finally, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HND and/or Degree in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering.
