Delivering electrical building services projects from the Newark/Nottingham office for this Midlands regional mechanical & electrical contractor. The company has a reputation for quality and attention to detail and a healthy pipeline that justifies sustainable growth.

The Electrical Project Manager will manage the electrical aspects of projects, oversee electrical fit‑outs to ensure they are completed within deadlines, to a high standard and in line with the client’s specification. A team of project engineers will report to you.

Managing projects with a value of up to £10M – all electrical aspects including lighting, power, solar, battery storage, heat pumps and HVAC connection. Working with a close‑knit projects team on highly respected projects across sectors including healthcare, commercial, industrial, education, hotels, leisure, manufacturing and retail. Fully involved in client meetings and organising sub‑contractors. Opportunities to progress and grow. Routes to progress are available and staff retention is extremely high, allowing you to develop meaningful relationships, collaborate and learn from colleagues.

To be successful you will have experience as an Electrical Project Manager, Electrical Contracts Manager, Electrical Site Manager or M&E Manager in the Building Services sector. We would be keen to speak to people with an HNC or HND in Electrical/Building Services Engineering.
