You will like fulfilling a full-scope Architect role from a beautiful office location in Dorchester near Poole, Dorset, with a boutique RIBA chartered Architects practice, known for expertise and innovation in residential and commercial buildings including heritage. You will like the Architect job role itself, which is an excellent opportunity for an Architect who is looking to join a company that works on some very interesting projects including heritage works. The role will also provide career progression to Senior and through to Associate.

Your scope involves all phases of a project from inception through to completion, allowing you to provide a high level of attentive service to their many repeat and new clients. You will be able to manage clients and projects primarily on your own, with the ability to tender comfortably and prospect to quote.

Responsibilities
  • Work across a variety of projects within the Residential, Mixed-use, Education, Leisure and Commercial sectors
  • Design and deliver innovative yet functional and affordable buildings that exceed the clients' expectations
  • Use Revit and AutoCAD software on a daily basis
Qualifications
  • 1-5+ years post qualification experience
  • AutoCAD and ideally Revit proficiency
  • Experience in an architectural environment
  • A confident character / communications
  • Ability to manage clients independently
